I use these for Muay Thai - two hour sessions of training, padwork, Bag, clinching and the rest of it. They are tough, they allow you to do everything without restriction. I thought the length may disrupt the knees - but they are perfect. I want another pair. Material is like boardshorts so they are waterproof.
